Day 1
Bentota - Nuwara Eliya
After the breakfast pick up clients from Bentota Hotel and transfer to Nuwara Eliya. En--route you could view the famous “Ramboda Falls” and also visit to a Tea Plantation & Factory. Here you could enjoy the taste of a pure cup of “Ceylon Tea”. Nuwara Eliya, cushioned by Lake Gregory and surrounded by wooded mountains, is Sri Lanka’s most elevated town. It lies at the foot of Pidurutalagala, the island’s highest mountain, among a variety of trees and shrubs suited only to this wild and rugged terrain. Because of its colonial style architecture, Nuwara Eliya is known as Little England. Late evening walk around the Nuwara Eliya Town and overnight in Nuwara Eliya Hotel.
Day 2
Nuwara Eliya - Bandarawela
Early morning you could proceed on excursion to Horton Plains with a picnic breakfast pack. The visit includes a simple two to three hour walk to “World’s End” and the beautiful “Bakers Falls”. Sri Lanka's highest plateau 7200 ft above sea level in the central mountain country This ‘Fen” is a very scenic region with an astounding variety of scenery from mountains to grasslands, from marshes to trout streams. Sri Lanka's best-flavored high grown teas are grown in the surrounding areas. Spectacular view from 'Worlds End' where the plateau plunges a thousand feet in a straight sheer drop. Cool and bracing climate, excellent for trout fishing and very good hiking country. Distinctive flora (many English field flowersgrowon the plains). Colorful butterflies and many rare highland birds. And thereafter leave to Nanu Oya railway station to board the local train to Bandarawela. You will travel on winding tracks emerging through tunnels unfolding beautiful scenery cascading waterfalls and the tea plantations that appear as green carpets. Cool misty mountains with nippy fresh air greeting you on every side.
