Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Cairo

Arrive at Cairo International Airport, with meet and greet and airport transfer to your hotel in Cairo and assist you with hotel check in process.

Day 2

Cairo Sightseeing

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel at 09:00hrs for a full day tour of Cairo. Our first stop will be a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, were royal tombs are erected after 2780 B.C in the old Egyptian empire; considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus (no visit inside the pyramids). Visit The Great Sphinx, a colossal monument, sculptured in rock, representing a figure of the Egyptian mythology with body of lion and human head. It was constructed in the reign of Chephren, about 2465 B.C. Explore the Valley Temple, which served for the purification of the mummy of the king before its burial. Our next stop will be a visit to The Egyptian Museum, with more than 250,000 artefacts on display, including a rare collection of Egyptian art from over 5,000 years. Witness the Tutankhamen room and its treasure, jewelry and gold, enclosed in his tomb for over 3500 years before it was discovered in 1920 during excavation. The mummy room can be visited with an extra charge (to be paid on the spot). Drive back to the city centre of Cairo and end your day at the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Master the art of bargaining for great prices on fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, and antiques. Your tour ends at your hotel.

Leisure in Cairo

After breakfast, you will have your free day in Cairo.

Day 4

Departure

Departing your hotel in Cairo after breakfast and hotel check out. Transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure. Breakfast included.
