Meet upon arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to Houseboat After fresh up at Houseboat proceed for sightseeing of Mughal gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure), built by Asif Khan brother-in-law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. These beautiful mountains are situated on the bank of Dal Lakewith the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute, visit a carpet weaving factory. Evening: enjoy a majestic Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with, which is often compared to Venice. You will get view of some very interesting places around the Lake Dinner & overnight stay at Houseboat

After breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg “Meadows of Gold” which is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. (84 Km/2 ½ hrs/). Sonamarg is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. It serves as the base for the treks to Harmukh range via Nichnai,Vishensar Lake, Gangabal and to Nara Nag .This place is famous for Trout fishing. Late afternoon drive back to Srinagar. After breakfast full day excursion to Gulmarg, Meadow of Flowers ( 57 kms / 2 hrs) situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, y. Enjoy the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains. In winter, Gulmarg acquires a new persona that of the country’s premier skiing resort. One can also Enjoy pony ride or Gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost. Experiance the Breath taking View of the Gulmarg from the Gondola cable car. Gulmarg also offers some execellent opportunities for long walks. Walking along Gulmarg circle path you only have to look down to have a complete view of the valley including Srinagar. (97 kms / 3 hrs) Enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th Century). Pahalgam is also famous for Indian film Industry (Bollywood).
