Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel. Check in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

The Spice Route Destination The day commences with a transfer from your hotel to Spice Route Destination from where the 20km cycling trail starts. As you negotiate the mountain biking trail accompanied by your specialist cycling guide, you will encounter single track, jeep track, vineyards, olive orchards, forests, dams, views over the Paarl wine region valley and of Table Mountain. You will also meet the friendly local cattle, sheep and other livestock along the way. Fairview Wine Estate Make a pit stop at the neighbouring Fairview Wine Estate to enjoy a wine and cheese tasting before embarking back on the trail towards the Spice Route. The Spice Route Destination Return to the Spice Route and refuel with your choice of a tasting experience - wine, beer, gin, grappa, chocolate, ice-cream or charcuterie. Additional tastings and lunch will be for your own account. Transfer back to your hotel for the rest of the evening at leisure.

Langa Town & Guga S'Thebe Community Centre This morning you depart the hotel and enjoy a drive to the Cape Flats area of Cape Town, via suburbs such as Rondebosch, Athlone, Rylands and Bonteheuwel. Arrive in Langa which is one of the oldest urban settlements currently in the midst of an urban restoration. The township is full of colour, culture and an undeniable sense of community. Depart from the Guga Su2019thebe Community Centre on a walking tour and experience the township for yourself. Get the chance to greet residents along the way in their mother-tongue called isiXhosa, hear the children at play, smell the sidewalk barbecues, and experience what is meant by Ubuntu. The Old Biscuit Mill Explore the Old Biscuit Mill - a renovated biscuit mill that has become the heart of Cape Town weekend festivities. Meet some of South Africa's most talented, innovative designers, artists, photographers and connoisseurs of fine taste and decor. Woodstock Brewery Take a short walk from the Old Biscuit Mill to the Woodstock brewery and take in your surroundings of an edgy and evolving neighbourhood with trendy cafes and re-purposed factory buildings. In the heart of Woodstock, visit a renowned craft beer brewery for a well-deserved beer (or other refreshing non-alcoholic beverage) and lunch (to own account). Woodstock Walking Tour After lunch, meet with a local resident guide at the Woodstock Exchange from where we shall embark on a discovery of the street art and graffiti in the neighbourhood and along main streets. The tour includes a visit to a gallery. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Constantia Green Belt Depart the city with your guide and travel to the suburb of Constantia with its beautifully overgrown jungle-like green thicket that blocks out the sounds from surrounding roads. Enjoy a guided cycle along 9 km of the Constantia Greenbelt, starting at Silverhurst and riding along the Keysers River, past Belle Constantia and ending with the Lower Tokai Loop. Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve Upon conclusion of this cycle route, meet up with your driver and touring vehicle to proceed on a drive via Simons Town to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Here you enjoy a ride through the reserve which is best experienced by bike - there is no better way to uncover its hidden treasures like the 1 100 species of indigenous plants, various small reptiles, mammals, antelope and zebras that call the park home. Be sure to visit the Buffelsfontein Visitor Centre that showcases all the plants and animals to look out for in a particular season and is full of informative signage. Enjoy lunch (to own account) and a walk to Cape Point Lighthouse before departing the reserve. The day concludes with a drive via Noordhoek Farm Village and Our Kaapse Weg and drop off at your hotel in the late afternoon.

Penguin Paddle & Sea Kayak Excursion Depart your city-based hotel and travel to the naval hamlet of Simon's Town. Embark on a sea kayaking adventure from the Seaforth beachfront in a twin or single-seater Fluid kayak accompanied by a knowledgeable, fully-trained and experienced sea kayak guide. Kayaks are stable and perfect for those with no experience. Head out to explore the waterways and secret coves hidden among pristine beaches and the natural environments of so many wildlife species that call the area home. After a short beach-landing, return to Seaforth Beach to change into dry clothes before continuing on your adventure. Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony Stop off at the secluded Boulders Beach to view the protected African Penguin colony that calls this beach home. Wooden walkways allow visitors to view penguins in their natural habitat. Noordhoek Farm Village Arrive in Noordhoek Farm Village to enjoy a relaxed lunch and refreshments (to own account). Enjoy the tranquility of the Noordhoek Farm Village with its relaxed atmosphere. The collection of boutiques and restaurants make it the perfect place for art, food, shopping and relaxation. After lunch, travel back towards Cape Town City. V&A Waterfront & Catamaran Cruise Arrive at the iconic Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for some leisure time before departing on a 60-min cruise along the Cape coastline and experience breath taking views of the winding coast and its iconic Table Mountain. The tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

Table Mountain National Park The tour commences with collection from your hotel and transfer to the lower cable car station at Table Mountain. Hike up a deep ravine on the iconic front face of the mountain, exploring all the depth and beauty this geographical landmark has to offer. Traverse the length of the famous table top summit to Maclears Beacon for more great views. Constantia Wine Route Once you descend the mountain by cable car (weather permitting), enjoy a leisurely drive to the beautiful Constantia Wine Route. Enjoy a wine tasting experience at one of the award-winning estates available in the area. Enjoy a leisurely and relaxed lunch (to own account) before heading to Silvermist for an amazing zipline adventure. Silvermist Zipline Adventure After arrival at Silvermist and following a brief safety introduction embark on a hair raising guided 4x4 drive into the mountain with a spectacular view of Cape Town before ziplining back down through the valley. Tour ends with drop off at the hotel.
