 Helicopter Trip for Chardham (Dehradun to Dehradun)  The price includes cost of Palki at Yamunotri  This price includes the cost of vehicle at Harsil and Badrinath  This price includes the cost of night stay of passengers at Kharsali on twin sharing basis at Yamunotri Cottages.  All meals.  This price includes assistance in darshan at all temples.  Any special puja charges will have to be paid directly by passengers.  This price is inclusive of 15% service tax.

Camera fees, Any entry fee for monument ,Room heater, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and starters. Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary. Itinerary

Day 1
Dehradun to Harsil – Gangotri – H arsil - Kharsali - Kharsali to Yamunotri
We leave early morning from Sahas dhara heliport in Dehradun by helicopter for Harsil which is the base for Gangotri. Time taken is approxi mately 35 to 40 min. On return after 3hrs we leave for Kharsali which again takes about 35 minutes. Upo n arrival at Kharsali check in at hotel followed by lu nch you are taken to Yamunotri by Palki. Yamunotri is situated at a distance of 5km Trek from Kharsali and the time taken is apprretoximately 5hr. After dars han you come back to Kharsali for Overnight stay. Overnight at Yamunotri Cottages
Day 2
Kharsali to Kedarnath - Kedarnath to Badrinath - Badrinath to Sahasdhara
After early breakfast at 0600hrs leave Kharsali for Kedarnath. Due to Government regulations, you will have to change helicopter at Guptkashi / Phata and take another helicopter from the same helipad for Kedarnath. Arrive Kedarnath by 0800 am. Here the temple is situated at a distance of approximately 400 mtrs. You will be provided special darshan slips. After darshan you are brought back to Guptkashi. From here around 10am we leave for Badrinath. The flying time is 35 min approx . Arrive Badrinath and proceed to the temple for darshan .After darshan transfer to helipad to board flight for Sahasdhara. Arrive Sahasdhara and tour ends.

  • The above rates are subject to change in case of travel during the festive season
  • In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
  • In case of Political Unrest, bad weather or sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.
  • Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability same will be update to you daily basis.
GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS 
  1. There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter . Only 5 kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted  Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter
  2. All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra 
  3. All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
  4. Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry wollen clothes with them TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
  5. Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
  6. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket 
  7. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens 
  8. The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. 
  9. Full amount has to be deposited before the start of journey
  10. In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s. 
  11. Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability. 
  12. If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges (may be change as per Operator) 
  13. Upto 30 Days before Journey - 10% of amount 
  14. Upto 7 days before journey -25% of amount 
  15. Upto 48 hours before journey -50% of amount 
  16. Less than 48 hours before journey - NO REFUND Best Season: The best season to avail the yatra on helicopter is May-June and September October. We do not operate during July-August months to rainy season.
